City operates 45 ALPR devices: 12 leased fixed Flock cameras, 28 city-owned in-vehicle readers, and five city-owned cameras with ALPR software. The other 36 of 81 feeds are ordinary video. Police operates the systems; city IT administers platforms/contracts. Flock agreement is $45,000 annually through 2029. Axon agreement includes mobile ALPR and multiple other technologies, $315,871.46 in 2026 through November 2034; not an ALPR-only price. Page is undated; observed October 3. Software vendor for the five cameras is separately corroborated in reporting.
